About Me
I was born and raised in Manitowoc, Wisconsin where I enjoyed many good times with friends and family including my parents and four sisters. Growing up I was very involved in sports playing football on two state champion teams as well as playing basketball and softball. I also spent quite a bit of time fishing, catching salmon and trout in the Manitowoc River and Lake Michigan.
Education
I first received an associate’s degree in business from UW Center-Manitowoc and then continued my education at UW-Green Bay where I received a bachelor’s degree in finance. I am also a Level I- and Level II-certified Firefighter and EMT, although my days as a firefighter are long behind me.
Role on the Team
As the Onboarding Specialist of the practice, I truly enjoy being on the front-end of our clients’ journeys at the practice. This position allows me to interact with new clients by helping them walk through the entire onboarding process and keeping them informed of the status of their new accounts. I also assist my coworkers in other areas of the financial planning process.
Outside of Work
Life for me centers around my wife, my two daughters, and of course — our dog Pepper! We stay grounded in life’s journey by being active in our church, spending quality time with family and friends, and counting our blessings every day. In my spare time, I love to play golf, bean bags, and go fishing — especially trolling in my boat on Lake Michigan, and participating in local fishing derbies.
